Prof Thiery is an awardee of Knight of the French National Order of Merit (1997), Laureate of French Academy of Medicine (2000) & Knight in the French Legion of Honor (2009) with 5 patents and author of more than 500 peer-reviewed original research articles (h-index: 130). Pioneer in elucidating the mechanism of Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transitions (EMT) as well as seminal contributions to bladder carcinoma studies that have led to the discovery of the molecular mechanisms underlying the formation of superficial or invasive tumors.He holds numerous positions in various academic and medical institutions worldwide, including Emeritus Director of Research, Gustave Roussy Cancer Centre, France.
Prof Sia DANESHMAN, MD

Prof Daneshman is Director of Clinical Research at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine, USA. He is a leading authority in the management of complex germ cell tumors and nerve-sparing retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) following chemotherapy for advanced testicular cancer and is one of the highest volume surgeons for this disease in the USA.He serves on the editorial board of multiple journals and the scientific advisory board of Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) as well as the AUA/SUO Guideline Committee on testicular cancer and non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. He was recently elected chair of the SUO Clinical Trials Consortium (SUO-CTC) bladder organ committee and serves as the Secretary of the Western Section of the AUA. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and has been designated one of the “America’s Top Cancer Doctors” for the past 11 consecutive years.
Dr CHONG Tsung Wen

Dr Chong is Senior Consultant at Singapore General Hospital, SingHealth, Singapore. He is a Urologist with a clinical interest in Endourology and Urinary stones. He completed a Fellowship in Endourology at the UCLA School of Medicine, Department of Urology at Los Angeles, USA under Prof Gerhard Fuchs.He was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew postgraduate scholarship and National Medical Research Council overseas research fellowship to pursue a DPhil at the University of Oxford, UK; where his thesis work was in the areas of tumour immunology/cancer vaccines, tumour hypoxia and angiogenesis. His current research interests are in developing tumour vaccines in Kidney cancer. He was awarded the National Medical Research Council Clinician-scientist Transition award in 2012.
Assoc Prof LEE Lui Shiong

Dr Lee Lui Shiong is Head and Senior Consultant at Sengkang General Hopsital, SingHealth, Singapore. He completed undergraduate education at the National University of Singapore in 2002 and obtained postgraduate qualifications of MRCS (Edinburgh) and MMed (Surgery) in 2005. In 2010, he was awarded the College of Surgeons Gold Medal in Urology, as the most outstanding urology trainee.He is also a visiting Consultant at National Cancer Centre Singapore, Vice President of Singapore Urological Association and SKH Site Director, SingHealth Urology Residency. He has a keen clinical interest in urological cancer treatment and research.
